Should You Get a Used Copier?

We love the HP copiers because they have been fully remanufactured.  These are not simple used copiers.  Internal parts have been replaced on these units.

What is the difference in leasing a used copier vs leasing a new copier?

The first thing is a used copier should be cheaper for your company. We know a lot of companies are looking to get the best value possible. Having used options helps you get a lower monthly payment because the initial copier is a lot cheaper than the new one. We find that used copiers should roughly be about 50% of the cost of a new copier, and if they are also covered under a maintenance plan, it can be a way to say without future surprises.

Used copiers do tend to use older technology, so if you need the latest and greatest, a used copier is generally not the way to go. A used copier really serves some clients, but it isn’t for every company.
