When we quote a copier lease, our theory is we know how to order it and do it, so the price should include what you need. Of course, if you don’t tell us the correct information, that messes up the quote. If we get the information we need, we work hard to make the rest really easy for your team.
Our copier leases include shipping, installation (remote), and document origination fees. We don’t try and sneak those in later hoping you might not notice.

We see most companies charge for things like shipping you toners in the contract or add escalation fees, or lease paperwork fees. We don’t do it like that. We want you to have the right information and make sure you are getting the best copier for your money.
When we ship you a copier, it goes to what is called a rigger (a fancy word to say, “trucking company.”) Once it goes to the rigger, the install tech will work with your team remotely to get the copier installed. We don’t charge for this. If you need someone onsite, there is a cost for that. All you have to do is tell us you want on-site copier installation and we will make sure your copier lease reflects the extra costs for the manhours.
