Copiers are a necessity in school buildings all over the country. Not only are teachers trying to print and copy pages for their students, but there are tons of paperwork that need to be put together for every student’s permanent file, special needs, and the mountains of testing that occurs.
Most schools simply do not have the money to go out and purchase a new copier, but most schools will be able to work out a lease on a copier. Leasing a copier is much cheaper because it allows you to pay monthly for the copier rather than spending all of the money upfront. Not only will the copier get into the building relatively cheaply, but if there is a problem, it is much easier to get repairs done because you are not the owner of the copier.
When you’re trying to balance your school budget, but you know you need a copier in the building, it is best to go for a lease that will allow you to have the copier the teachers and students need. A lease allows you to get in on the ground floor of copiers without spending money that you just don’t have in the budget right now.
