You also need to figure out if you are in charge of returning your own copier. Most of time it is the responsibility of the person who leased the copier to return it. Look ahead to make sure you can search for a good deal before it’s too late.
Finally, figure out how to package everything. Things like toner will need to be packaged separately to avoid spills and stains. You may need to package other things like the paper tray separately as well, depending on the machine.
