Jackson Copier Leasing

Leasing a copier is an awesome way to get the copier you need without paying cash upfront for the copier. When you lease a copier, you agree to have the copier financed, so you can take advantage of keeping your cash flow available for other objectives you have for your business.

There are several ways to get a copier. You can lease the copier with a typical term of 60 months. Then you could also rent a copier for a shorter duration if it isn’t needed for the long term (usually this is used when you need a copier for about six months.)

Finally, you can just buy the copier with cash and then simply have a service plan. It is technically possible to get a copier without a supplies and service plan, but it is generally not the most effective way to approach service for copiers.

We offer copier leases to companies in Jackson. We have multiple manufacturers we work with. Here are the most common ones we have available.

One of the things you will want to do before signing your next copier lease is to check the terms and the expiration date of the lease. If your lease is up in the next few months, this is a great time to look at the next lease. If it is much further out, there might be time to wait before pulling the trigger.

We normally suggest getting a new copier lease with six months or fewer remaining.

We also suggest anyone getting a copier lease ensures they get a supplies and service plan. This protects the asset and makes the cost predictable as a monthly expense that can be budgeted.

If you are looking to lease a copier, give us a call, and we can help your company get the copier lease you need.
