A FMV copier lease is where you end up sending the copier back at the end of the lease to whatever warehouse the copier company wants you to send it to. A $1 Out copier lease is a lease where at the end of a lease you pay $1, and the copier belongs to you. If you are looking at a three-year copier lease for example, you’ll probably pay about 15% more to be in a $1 Out lease, meaning that the $100 payment may be more like $115 to $120 instead with the $1 Out lease.
